Wie schnell erhalte ich meinen Key?
Keys are sent by email, usually within minutes of payment. Some orders go through a short security check that can take up to 24 hours. Please also check your spam folder.
Do you ship a box or DVD?
No. All products are digital: you receive a product key by email and download the software from the official manufacturer’s website.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Can I find my key again later?
Yes. Your key is in your order confirmation email. If you created an account, you can also see your orders under Mein Konto.
Activation
How do I activate my product?
Each order email includes the download link and activation steps for your product. For most Microsoft products, you sign in to your Microsoft account, enter the product key, and then download and install the software.
What is the difference between a lifetime license and a subscription?
A lifetime license (for example Office 2021, Office 2024 or Windows 11) is a one-time purchase that you can keep using without paying again. A subscription (for example Microsoft 365 or antivirus) runs for the period stated on the product page, such as 12 months, and then needs to be renewed.
Will it work on my Mac?
Only if the product page lists Mac (macOS). Windows editions of Office do not work on a Mac, and Mac editions do not work on Windows. Microsoft 365 works on both.
Does the key work in my country?
Most of our keys work worldwide. If a product is limited to a region (for example „US“), this is stated in the product name or description. Please check before buying.
My key does not work. What should I do?
E-Mail [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the error message. If the key is faulty, we will send a replacement or refund you. See our Erstattungsbedingungen.
Refunds
Can I get a refund?
Yes, if your key does not work, was not delivered or is the wrong product. Because keys are digital goods, we cannot refund keys that have already been activated. Full details are in our Erstattungsbedingungen.
